西雅图秋意渐浓，我又回想起《浪子》的故事。这首歌的旋律是在睡梦中得到的，醒来后不久，我便完成了整首歌曲的谱曲。感谢神的恩典，后来我遇见了一位来自印度的音乐事工负责人，在他们专业团队的努力下，传统的印度乐器为这首歌注入了独特而契合的风格。他们的和声团队为这首歌挑战中文演唱，这真是上帝奇妙的作为！我也非常感恩刚受洗不久的Risen弟兄，愿意为这支MV掌镜。结合芦苇湿地的美景，让我重拾创作时的初衷与感动。这首歌融合了太多美好的见证，我祈求圣灵能透过这支MV将这份感动传递给你。
Autumn is deepening in Seattle, and I am reminded once again of the story of "Prodigal Son." The melody came to me in a dream, and shortly after waking I completed the composition. By God''s grace, I later met a music ministry leader from India, and with their professional team''s efforts, traditional Indian instruments were incorporated, giving the song a unique and fitting style. Their choir took on the challenge of singing in Chinese, which truly shows God''s wonderful work! I am also grateful to Brother Risen, who had recently been baptized and volunteered to direct the MV. Combining the beautiful scenery of the reed wetlands, it allowed me to reconnect with the original inspiration behind the songwriting. This song carries many beautiful testimonies, and I pray that the Holy Spirit will use this MV to bring the same inspiration to you.

The lyrics of this original song is inspired by Luke 15:11-32, but it tells a modern version of the Prodigal Son story. We may feel lost and unable to find the purpose and direction of life on our journey. In fact, the very creation of man is a testament to God''s wonderful awe. When we are willing to turn to the Father and accept the salvation brought through His only son, Jesus, He will liberate us from being slaves to sin and instead grant us the status of children (Romans 8:14-17). When we follow Jesus'' commands, He even calls us friends (John 15:14-15). Share this song with your friends around you, and let us embark on the journey ''home'' together.
